All items sold by J&H Toy Vault are brand new and sourced from trusted suppliers. While most collectables and toys do not come with a manufacturer's warranty, we guarantee that every item arrives as described and in great condition. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.

No problem at all. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unopened and in its original condition. Simply get in touch with us, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Standard UK delivery is typically 2–3 working days via tracked services. Faster delivery options may be available at checkout if you need your item sooner.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll offer a replacement or refund. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund instead of a return to save you time and hassle. Just reach out, and we’ll sort it quickly.
